Carlton Hotel for high-tea buffet last weekend.There are three dishes for their high-tea buffet. First was the cold dish. I SWEAR I TOTALLY LOVE THE COLD DISH ESP THE OYSTER & THE ESCARGOT!
Next was the hot dish. Honestly the hot dish do not really makes me as excited as the cold dish probably because I'm someone who fancy cold dishes more. However those dishes were not bad too but I would still prefer the cold dishes! ;)
Lastly, here comes the dessert! No joke, felt like I'm in heaven when I taste the durian cake! No doubt that their desserts were the best among the 3 dishes! Seriously you have to go and try it out yourself how heavenly the desserts were!
